In this podcast I talk about getting lost in Lockdown through social media, out in the garden and during a family walk. Throughout the past 12 weeks having been self isolating and being in lockdown too, I didn't realise the strain of working, home schooling and family life, which eventually came to a head and I talk about in todays pod. I also discuss what I've been up to in the garden and how we got lost during a family walk exploring around our area, and making the most of the open space we have around us.
